Returns Information


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in resale-able condition. We request it be in the original packaging.

Please contact us for arrangement of returns. Snow Foam will arrange return delivery unless buyer opts to use alternate shipping methods. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If Snow Foam arrange return delivery through our courier partners, the costs associated with return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and thus cannot service you without proof it has been delivered.

Items purchased from cannot be returned to any of our retailers.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Lost or Damaged Parcels, Parcels not delivered

When a parcel is lost in transit, Snow Foam Pty Ltd will contact the shipping company along with advising the customer to do the same on their end. If it is deemed lost, the receiver must wait until there is confirmation from the shipping company that compensation is being presented before issuing another item out to the customer or a refund can be provided. This is in the form of the parcel being located and returned or a financial reimbursement from the shipping company.

In the case of damaged parcels, Snow Foam Pty Ltd will receive the damaged parcel back and reissue a new parcel out to the customer with the same shipping speed as purchased (preferably with an alternate courier to avoid the issue continuing). 

If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, the enquiry will be sent to the postage company for proof of delivery in the form of GPS or images. If the parcel has proof of delivery, it is not the responsibility of Snow Foam Pty Ltd to cover any costs of stolen or missing packages. Snow Foam's responsibility ends when the parcel is sent with the correct courier service and it is the receivers responsibility to communicate with the shipping company from here. Snow Foam will assist out of good will, but is not responsible for the parcels when with couriers. If the parcel has no proof of delivery, Snow Foam Pty Ltd will work with the shipping company to locate the item. A refund or resend of parcel will occur once the shipping company has provided a compensation to Snow Foam Pty Ltd for the missing parcel. This usually takes 24-48 hours after lodging a missing parcel enquiry.

  • Why do we subtract the combo discount? If we don’t, you would only be returning half of the combo/kit—while still getting a full refund and keeping Item 2 for free. To get a full refund, you must return the entire combo.
  • If the combo discount is greater than the price of the item, you will not be able to refund that item by itself (the refund amount would be negative). It must be returned with other items of value.
