International Orders outside of Australia

All international orders will have calculated shipping options available at checkout. $150 free shipping does not apply for International orders. 

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

As our couriers do not post to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, upon checkout, a calculated shipping price will show with Australia Post services. 

Order tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided with your order for insured standard postage and express shipments.

Large deliveries and deliveries to rural areas may see packages be split to allow suitable shipping options to be chosen. The team will contact you if this needs to occur to your package.

Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days from when the order is placed unless otherwise stated. 

Processing Times During Peak Periods may be extended. Our team are working as hard as we can to fulfil all orders on time. During sales periods and holiday season, extended processing times will be in effect. 

Pre-Ordering: When stock levels are exhausted, we provide the option of pre-ordering. An item will be able to be full purchased and item will ship once back in stock. For any questions, please contact us. 

Melbourne Warehouse Fulfilment: Snow Foam will send stock from both Sydney and Melbourne warehouses. This is to decrease delays in shipment for our customers.
