Large deliveries and deliveries to rural areas may be split into multiple packages to allow suitable shipping options to be selected. Our team will contact you if this is required for your order.

<strong>Processing Time</strong><br>
1–3 business days from the time the order is placed, unless otherwise stated.
During sales periods, this may extend and we will do all we can to communicate updates to you.

<strong>Pre-Orders</strong><br>
When stock levels are exhausted, we may provide the option to place a pre-order. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase, and the item will be shipped once it is back in stock. For any questions, please contact us.

<strong>Returns</strong><br>
Any faulty products will be replaced. We will arrange a replacement for you and provide a return shipping satchel so you can send the faulty item back to us.
<br><br>
30-day refunds are available if the product is unused and unopened. There are no restocking fees; however, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

<strong>Exchanges</strong><br>
For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to:

The exchange process is subject to approval upon inspection of the returned item’s condition.

<strong>Authority To Leave</strong><br>
Authority To Leave is an option available when receiving your package from Snow Foam.
<br><br>
If you select “Yes”, you authorise the courier to leave the package in a safe place if no one is home.
<br><br>
If you select “No”, the courier will attempt delivery and, if there is no answer, will retain the parcel and return it to the depot for redelivery.
<br><br>
<strong>Authority To Leave Terms & Conditions</strong><br>
By ticking the box or selecting “Yes” at checkout, you authorise Snow Foam’s courier agents to leave your parcel at your premises in accordance with your instructions. Please note that the driver may not require a signature and may not knock or ring before leaving the parcel.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received once it has been left at your premises.
<br><br>
Snow Foam Pty Ltd and any contractors associated with the delivery do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the Authority To Leave delivery method. You agree to release Snow Foam Pty Ltd from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including financial and consequential losses, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of Authority To Leave.

If you do not provide Snow Foam Pty Ltd with Authority To Leave, you must be present at your premises for delivery to occur.
