  ✅ Warranty Period: 24 months from date of purchase

  ✅ Warranty Period: 24 months from date of purchase
  
  
• E-Foamer & E-Foamer V2
  ✅ Warranty Period: 12 months from date of purchase

What’s Covered:

This warranty covers any malfunction or defect resulting in:

• Improper or no foaming function

• Defective bottles received on delivery

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, including but not limited to:

• Bottles broken due to dropping or mishandling

• Scratches or physical damage from use

• Damage due to misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorised modifications

Claims Process:

To lodge a warranty claim:

1. Provide proof of purchase (receipt & purchase date).

2. Contact Snow Foam customer support through the official warranty claim channels.

3. Be ready to supply photos or videos of the affected product upon request.

Snow Foam reserves the right to inspect and verify claims before issuing a resolution.

Resolution:

If your claim is approved, Snow Foam will:

• Repair or replace the defective product, or

• Issue a refund or provide a comparable product, if repair or replacement is not possible

Shipping Costs:

• ✅ Snow Foam covers shipping for valid warranty repairs or replacements

• ❌ For wear-and-tear-related replacements (e.g., bottle damage), customers are responsible for shipping costs

Limitation of Liability:

Snow Foam is not liable for:

• Any incidental or consequential damages

• Any loss arising from the use or inability to use the product
  Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as outlined above.
