Exterior Top Up Kit

Paid for shield spray, and got shield shampoo instead, with a hand scribed note on the invoice saying “Hey Clive, we are out of shield spray have given you shield shampoo instead. Wash monthly with it for full effect”.
Just awesome but Not What I wanted or PAID FOR.

Looks great, still waiting on the spray gun to be able to use all these products! Looking forward to that!
Cheers Snow Foam! 🙏🏾🐺🐾🪶✨👏🏽

Great products & service !

The package Builder is amazing, allows you to get everything you need to begin with and is very easy to go through

I have always wanted to try snowfoam and see what all the hype was about, so I decided to bite the bullet and place an order with them.

I was going through the site and went through a package builder option, added all my items to my cart and then went to checkout, the total was only 17 dollars, I thought maybe this is just due to one of the items being on pre order and once it comes in I'll pay the rest, it wasn't until a whole month later that I heard anything back other than an email to say that you still need to pay the remaining amount. No contact to advise if there was an issue or glitch with the checkout, so I paid the remainder of the amount and again still no update in regards to the order or status, a few weeks pass I then get an email stating due to unforeseen circumstances there's a delay, i understand these things happen and I was given the options in what to do with the order, I elected to wait as the V2 lance was still held up (and have not had any update regarding it either since) and have an extra litre of the detergent, and to be honest for the amount I've spent and time waited for my order, there could have been more of an offering.

Another few weeks pass and then I get an email saying my order has been shipped, that itself took another week to arrive, and finally when it did, I opened it up and counted my order to ensure everything I ordered was in there, but I was missing the tyre applicator that I paid extra for with the tyre gel, I emailed support the next day, and it's been a week since the email and have not heard anything back from them or even an apology!

My order was placed in the start of September, and I didn't receive it until the end of October, something that is located in Aus should not take over a month to get from NSW to Vic, pretty disappointing and extremely lacking in communication. I just hope the products are as good as others say to justify all this.

I found the foam dispenser to be inconsistent for generating foam. I had to double up the dosage to make it foam properly. Can you help?

Was out of some stock but the co. Kept me informed when it arrived I was realy pleased with it it had everything I ordered really happy to use their Kleening products as I previously used their snowfoam and was happy with what I got I can't get enough of this, stuff as I might have to get more stuff to clean the inside of my car and probly try their tyre shine with my next order

Easy to use products that leave my Turbo Falcon looking like the day it rolled off the showroom floor.

Purple although it stinks dissolves brake dust like butter in a pan. Even on my car that hasn't been washed in months it did a great job.
